Ingredients
Beef Ribs 3 pcs (approx. total 400g, cut into pieces)
Onion 1/2 pc (shredded)
Red Bell Pepper 1/2 pc (cut into strips)
Yellow Bell Pepper 1/2 pc (cut into strips)
Amoy Minced Garlic 2 tbsp
Dried Shallot 1 pc (chopped)
Seasoning
Amoy Deluxe First Extract Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Rice wine 1 tbsp
Marinade
2 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Thickening
Method
Marinate the beef ribs with marinade for 30 minutes.
Heat the wok with oil, pan fry the beef ribs until both sides are colored, remove and set aside.
Saute Amoy minced garlic, dried shallot, onions, red and yellow bell peppers on medium heat. Add beef ribs back to the wok, stir-fry well with seasonings, and serve.
